One employee-one EPF account: With this option, EPF account holders can join with their PF account under the UAN. 

EPFO member passbook: An EPFO member's book contains a complete record of all transactions relating to the withdrawals and contributions made to EPF or EPS accounts.

Pensioner's Portal In this website you will be able to find the answers to your pension-related questions and also verify you Pension Pay Order (PPO) number), your pension credit and passbook account details.

Principal Employer The facility allows linking of the principal employer with the contract employer. 

Employers can upload information of their contract employeesand work orders/outsourced contract workers after UAN members login.

TRRN query: Temporary Reference Number (TRRN) is temporary number used to determine whether your EPF cash payment.

Helpdesk EPFO offers a helpdesk available to every employee and employer.
CoC Form Application: COC, or Certificate of Coverage application form can be filled out on the website.

ECR Portal: Employers can register on the e-Sewa portal and then generate user ID and password. 

After that, they can upload their ECR as well as the Electronic Challan cum Return with the digital signature.

Steps to Login to EPFO Portal

Go to the EPFO site for UAN login.

Enter your UAN password, username, and the captcha code prior to clicking'Sign In'.

Select the "Member UAN/Online service (OCS/OTCP) the tab on next screen.

Then enter the UAN password, password and captcha code and then click "Sign in".

The next page to be displayed should be your main portal page. EPFO portal.

EPFO Employees Login

The steps to follow for EPF employees to log in into access the EPFO portal are listed below:

Go to the EPFO website https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/index.php for PF login.

Once you have logged on to the EPFO website, click on the tab 'Services', and then select 'For Employees' to sign up for an EPFO employees' login.

Click on the 'Member UAN/Online Services (OCS/OTCP) The link will be displayed under the heading 'Services'.

Input Your UAN as well as your password in the New screen.

Enter the captcha information displayed.

Then, click "Sign in" to sign up to sign in with an EPFO UAN login.

The next screen will direct your to the employees' EPFO portal, where you can modify your KYC information as well as claim your PF funds Check your balance and transfer your PF balance to your EPFO portal.
